6. Termination

We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms or any applicable law, or for any conduct that we believe is harmful to Metro Flow Plumbing, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the Services. 7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

You agree that any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.
